Who are we?
We're a small, British-Dutch property management company in Nice, Côte d'Azur, France. If you own property in Nice and you're not living here yourself, we can do the business for you, so you can stay home and relax.
What do we do?
Anything that's needed to be done to manage your property, from simple meet & greet and keyholding to supervision of repair works, maintenance, etc.
What does it cost?
That depends on what you want us to do. Our normal price is € 50,- per hour per person, but we could also agree on a fixed price for a full service package, including promoting your property on the internet, answering emails, etc.
Why are we special?
Our approach is friendly and personal, we'll make your guests feel at home. We own property in Nice ourselves, so we are experienced in this branch of the hospitality business.
